All orders are subject to acceptance by Cubic Promote. Prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. A 50% deposit may be required for large orders, with the balance due prior to dispatch.
We offer a price match guarantee — if you find the same product cheaper from another Australian supplier, we will match or beat the price. Bulk wholesale volume discounts apply automatically based on quantity ordered.
Standard production turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from artwork approval. Express 24-hour dispatch is available for select products. We ship Australia-wide via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location (typically 1-5 business days after dispatch). 100% on-time delivery is our commitment.
We provide free virtual proofs (mock-ups) showing how your logo or design will appear on the product. Artwork must be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results. Our graphic design team can assist with artwork preparation if needed.
If products are faulty or do not match the approved proof, we will replace them at no cost. Custom-printed products cannot be returned for change of mind. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 business days.
